Opportunities to teach safeguarding

294. We will teach children about how to keep themselves and others safe, including online. We tailor the education provided to the specific needs and vulnerabilities of individual children, including children who are victims of abuse, and children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. We will do this through our PSHE curriculum and Relationships and Sex Education programmes. 

295. We will ensure that appropriate filters and monitoring systems that are in place, does not lead to unreasonable restrictions as to what children can be taught with regard to online teaching and safeguarding.
