How to support your child’s learning.
Children should not spend majority of their time in front of screens. This could have a negative impact on their physical and mental health and also affect their sleep pattern.
It is advised to vary the learning sessions: activities, reading or learning a new skill. In addition, remember the importance of physical activities for wellbeing such as walking, playing with a ball, stretching or jumping on the trampoline / skipping rope.
All activities should be tailored to your child's age and ability.
The most important thing is to not put too much pressure on yourself, in order to create a positive atmosphere in which your child will have fun and learn at the same time.
