To make a booking request you can either; complete the booking form below (please include the following information)
- Pupils Name
- Class Number
- Dates/Days required and Session(s) – such as Monday, Tuesday every week – Session 1
- Contact Name and Number
or by contacting the school office on 01952 387640.
When requesting a booking via the form below, please ensure that you receive confirmation from the school.
