We encourage parents and carer to raise any concerns or complaints as soon as possible so we can address concerns quickly and efficiently. 

In the first instance we recommend that you speak to your child's class teacher or a member of the pastoral team, as in most cases we are confident that we can resolve concerns quickly and amicably by simply talking through them. 

However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome or due to the nature of the concern you would prefer to discuss it with either with Mrs Edwards - Deputy Headteacher or Miss Osman - Headteacher, please contact the school office on 01952 387640 to make an appointment.
